1. To access to the floor plan editor page, you need to select Settings on the sidebar of the menu, you need admin privilege to have access to the settings of the application.

2. Once you're on your dashboard, navigate to the Settings located in the left sidebar of the menu, then click on the "Areas & Plans" section.

1. To add a floor plan, click on the Click to upload button and integrate your floor plan. (If you don't have a floor plan or if you want a well-designed floor plan, send us an email at [e-mail].) It's important to note that a floor plan is associated with a specific floor. Therefore, if you add a floor plan to an area on floor 1 and then add a new area on the same floor, both areas will share the same floor plan.

1. Once your floor plan is uploaded, you can perform three actions: (i) Add a desk to your floor plan, (ii) Move a desk, and (iii) Delete a desk.

1. You can also adjust the size of your desks using the "desk size" gauge.

1. Once you have added the desks and chosen the right size, don't forget to save by clicking the Save button.
